About the Retreat
Diese intensive Woche soll den Teilnehmern helfen, Antworten auf die 'großen Fragen' im Leben zu finden.
Maria Lefèvre, Coach, Autorin des Buches "Was die Seele zum Klingen bringt" und Gründerin des Little Paradises, leitet das Seminar.
Es wird ein sanfter und doch gleichermaßen herausfordernder Selbsterfahrungs-Kurs. Mit viel Selbstreflektion, Gruppengesprächen, Arbeit in Zweier-Gruppen, Meditationen (keine Vorkenntnisse notwendig), Entspannungsübungen, Spaziergängen in der Natur und erfahrungsgemäß liebevoller gemeinschaftlicher Atmospäre.
